Doctor’s bizarre defense fails to stem guilty verdict

The College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario’s discipline committee has found a doctor guilty of multiple allegations of impropriety, including sexual abuse and unprofessional conduct. The physician, Rodion Andrew Kunynetz of Barrie, Ontario, fought charges of inappropriate contact between himself and patients by arguing that his overhanging gut made contact of the specific kind alleged impossible. Several tests were performed with the help of urologists to test Dr Kunynetz's claims, but were inconclusive.
