A physician whose sanction was being determined after a remand overturned part of the board's disciplinary decision was not entitled to an in-person appearance when the board deliberated what her new discipline should be, the Court of Appeals of Oregon held June 16.
In 2011, the board received a complaint about physician Naina Sachdev's distribution of controlled substances, and she agreed to an interim suspension order in 2012 while the board investigated. Sachdev hired replacements for herself at her clinic, but continued some treatment . . .
