Explanation for refusal to reinstate license not required, court says

A federal court in Missouri, in a November 18 decision, rejected a challenge by a former licensee to the state's attorney licensing scheme, holding that federal judicial precedent generally prohibiting challenges to state court judgments barred the licensee's suit.
